Resolution

USA: Hands off Venezuela!”

Under the pretext of fighting drugs, the USA is conducting military aggression against Venezuela. The real reason for this is that US corporations want access to Venezuela's raw materials, especially its oil. In addition, the growing influence of imperialist rivals Russia and China in Venezuela and other Latin American countries is reducing the profits of US corporations. They are preparing a new hot spot of war with the potential for a world war. That is why the US is promoting reactionary, fascist, and anti-communist forces in Venezuela and other countries. This reveals the true face of the fascist Trump administration, which is trying to portray itself as a dealer for peace.

However, the US government has not taken the working class and the peoples of Latin America into account. This is demonstrated by the anti-imperialist mass protests in Venezuela, with which we, the participants of the Ford Corporation Forum of the 3rd International Automotive Workers' Conference, stand in solidarity. Your struggle is part of the global anti-imperialist and anti-fascist united front. As workers, let us take full responsibility for this and form the vanguard.

We demand: Hands off Venezuela!

Withdraw all warships from the coast of Venezuela!

Stop the aggression against Venezuela!

Militant and solidarity greetings from India from the 3rd International Automotive Workers' Conference

(adopted by the participants of the Ford Corporate Forum and unanimously by the closing plenary of the 3rd International Automotive Workers' Conference on November 24, 2025)

Resolution

Protest against the entry into force of the new labor laws in India

We, the participants of the 3r International Automotive Workers' Conference, strongly protest against the entry into force of the new labor laws in India. This is an attack on the entire working class of India, which is also being portrayed as progress in the media.

In fact, it restricts workers' strikes because they must be registered in advance. Trade union organization is being made more difficult and night work is also being extended to women. And this is happening precisely at a time when workers from at least 11 countries are meeting in Pune, India, to further develop their international solidarity and cooperation.

The trade unions' response with a national day of action on November 26, 2025, is exactly right. This legislation must be withdrawn by the Indian government!

We have reaffirmed the slogan “No struggle should stand alone!” and will make the struggle of the working class in India against this dismantling of their democratic rights known throughout the world!

Resolution

Protest against bureaucratic obstacles and refusal of conference visas for the 3rd International Automotive Workers' Conference

We, the delegates' assembly and the closing plenary session of the 3rd International Automotive Workers' Conference in Pune, India, protest against the bureaucratic obstacles and refusal of several visas for the conference.

Participation was associated with high bureaucratic hurdles for everyone. Many conference participants had to apply for visas several times, pay twice, were questioned specifically upon entry, or were unable to leave their countries at all, as was the case with Turkey. Due to these obstacles, the delegation from the Democratic Republic of Congo was only able to arrive on Saturday, November 22, 2025.

The refusal of visas to Gabriele Fechtner, chairwoman of the Marxist-Leninist Party of Germany (MLPD), and the bureaucratic obstruction of Hatem Laoumi, ICOR representative from Tunisia, by the Indian Ministry of the Interior were clearly motivated by anti-communism! Gabriele and Hatem are both closely connected to the workers and stand for the unity of the workers' and trade union movement with the revolutionary movement.

But that will not stop us workers from fighting for our interests. We delegates have discussed this and passed resolutions. The conference was a further unification and fraternization. We stand in solidarity with all our colleagues who were unable to attend our conference due to this obstruction by the Indian and other governments.

Warm militant greetings

(Unanimously adopted by the delegates' assembly and the closing plenary of the 3rd International Automotive Workers' Conference on November 24, 2025)

Resolution

Down with the genocide perpetrated by the State of Israel!

Full support for the Palestinian people!

The participants of the 3rd International Automotive Workers' Conference, held from November 20 to 24, 2025, in Pune, India, are united in condemning the crimes against humanity committed by the Zionist state.

The ceasefire is a success of the global solidarity movement and the resistance of the Palestinian people. At the same time, this ceasefire is fragile and Israel is currently attacking Lebanon. We must therefore continue and expand our solidarity movement and all workers' organizations worldwide must oppose the imperialist policies of Israel and its allies, such as the governments of the US and Germany.

Activists, such as those in the flotilla, are showing us ways in which we can organize practical solidarity. Let us expand such activities of international solidarity.

Resolution

Motion of support for Avibras workers in Jacareí, São Paulo, Brazil

Automotive industry workers gathered at their third conference express their support and solidarity with Avibras employees who have been on strike for three years without receiving their wages.

We demand that President Lula's government guarantee the operation of the factory and the consequent payment of wages. The employees demand the nationalization of the company with worker control. Their demands are fair, and we support their demands.

Resolution

Condemnation of the massacre in Rio de Janeiro

Automotive industry workers gathered at their third conference express their condemnation of the recent massacre in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, which caused the deaths of 121 people. In the name of combating organized crime, the state has committed the largest massacre ever to occur in the country. Those who suffer are the poorest people, who are held hostage by violence. The state's security policy is based on the extermination of young people and black people in the suburbs. We express our disagreement with Governor Cláudio Castro, who is primarily responsible for this massacre, and we demand exemplary punishment.

(Unanimously adopted by the closing plenary of the 3rd International Automotive Workers' Conference on November 24, 2025)

Resolution

Unite all automotive workers to honor the 140th anniversary of May Day 2026!

Whereas automotive workers around the world are confronted with the same exploitation on the job and suppression of Democratic rights by capitalist employers concomitant with the rise of fascism in various countries around the world,

Whereas the automotive workers are engaging in various acts of resistance, including strikes and slowdowns, and even occupations, separate from one another,

Whereas the International Automotive Workers Coordination has the objective of coordinating and unifying these struggles and thereby building the strength of the International Automotive Workers movement.

Therefore, be it resolved that:

The International Automotive Workers Coordination initiate a call for automotive workers of the world to initiate or join militant commemorations of May 1st - May Day – on this, the 140th anniversary of this holiday honoring the militant traditions originating with the U.S. working class and thereby demonstrate to the world, we are prepared to defend our interests as part of a growing international working class movement.

Resolution

Solidarity with injured and fired GM workers of Colombia (ASOTRECOL) - to the finish line!

Whereas the ASOTRECOL members have engaged in a heroic tent encampment at the U.S. Embassy demanding a just resolution from the corporation that took their livelihoods and threw them to the curb,

Whereas their fight has been sustained by a network of workers’ and social justice organizations in the USA and around the world, providing material support and sustaining a visible presence of their struggle,

Whereas the International Automotive Workers Coordination was one of the early militant supporters of ASOTRECOL, issuing international letters of solidarity and hosting its president, Jorge Parra at two conferences,

Whereas a new Unite Auto Worker (UAW) leadership has taken up ASOTRECOL’s demands and presented them to GM CEO Mary Barra, followed by an international delegation visiting the encampment, thereby expressing concretely their solidarity and resolve,

Therefore, be it resolved that

The International Automotive Workers Coordination will redouble its efforts to support ASOTRECOL by making public declarations of solidarity and giving material aid as part of a united front until a just resolution is achieved.

An injury to one as an injury to all. Workers of the world, unite!
