Organize solidarity with the struggle against job cuts and police violence

July 4, 2026: Dear comrades in the International Automotive Workers' Coordination, The auto industry is intensifying its attacks on auto workers. VW plans to cut 100,000 jobs worldwide. In Germany alone, four plants employing thousands of workers are set to be closed. Mercedes plans to close a plant in South Africa. Two plants in China have already been shut down. Capitalist competition is a battle of annihilation that is to be waged on the backs of us workers.

ICOG's Statement of Solidarity with Our Colleagues at the Volkswagen Group

June 29, 2026: Dear Colleagues, Now the cat’s out of the bag. The *Bild* newspaper, a mouthpiece for German imperialism, has published the plans of the Volkswagen Group Executive Board. They intend to cut 100,000 jobs and close four car plants in Germany alone. At the same time, the German government is announcing drastic cuts to health insurance, long-term care insurance, and pensions, and plans to abolish the eight-hour workday.

June 5, 2026: Comrades! On behalf of the communications teams and leadership of Bolivia’s COB and Brazil’s CSP-Conlutas, we call on you to join a united front of struggle and internationalist solidarity. Bolivia is experiencing decisive moments of workers’ and popular rebellion; therefore, the active solidarity of the Latin American and global vanguard is an urgent political necessity to break the media siege and strengthen the struggle in the streets.

Stellantis International Newsletter No. 33 – May 2026

May 9, 2026: From the Stellantis Group Coordination within the IAC: Dear Colleagues, The international day of action on March 24 was a first step in our joint, group-wide struggle for our rights. We had already reported on this in April. At several plants, colleagues actively participated, signed our demands, and engaged in discussions. In Bochum, 100 colleagues gathered during working hours. On May 1, for example, colleagues in Eisenach (Germany) carried the Day of Action banner in the demonstration.

Against precarious work—shorter working hours with full wage compensation—Down with fascism and imperialist wars

April 23, 2026: Call by the International Coordination Group (ICOG) for May 1, 2026: In the Middle East, the danger of a global conflagration has intensified enormously following the imperialist attack by the U.S. and Israel on Iran and Lebanon. Russia’s war against Ukraine continues unabated. Worldwide, the shifting of the burdens of war and crisis onto workers and their families through price hikes—such as for gas, gasoline, or diesel—is placing an enormous strain on people. While billionaires like Elon Musk grow ever richer, hundreds of millions worldwide are fighting for their very survival.
